Missing LICENSE file #2

We need to indicate which is the license of this plugin in order to make it publicly available.

I noticed that several plugins uses a BSD-like license: https://github.com/scrapy-plugins/scrapy-pagestorage/blob/master/LICENSE

Do you think this should be the right license to include here?
