27 fix fill the readme #6241

I’m not sure what this PR is meant to address, but it seems to ignore the existence of a README, and includes tests commented out for some reason.

@Gallaecio This seems like a school assessment, i'm closing the PR, @rachedkko please avoid open PR that doesn't add any relevant changes to the codebase since this can be considered spam.
