Hi, I notice that w3lib are directly used as in scrapyd/environ.py . So should w3lib be listed in configuration files such as setup.py? https://github.com/scrapy/scrapyd/blob/f916d9b78b9bb7c8465277a49c24f876eaf3ed7e/scrapyd/environ.py#L4
