User cannot edit input of duplicated block, cannot follow users #1357

in short, let me edit numbers or letters etc but when I duplicate some block does not let me edit those numbers or letters (those within the editable blocks) and does not let me follow users, again :|

The user is on Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:55.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/55.0, and their editor language is set to Spanish.

In the video, the user clicked the Follow button on the Scratch Team's profile and the button disappeared rather than turning into Unfollow:

I couldn't reproduce the issue in Firefox 55, Mac OS El Capitan (Production).
