This project behaves differently in Scratch 3.0 https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/260838350

Expected Behavior

The timing matches with the 2.0 project in Scratch 3.0

Actual Behavior

The timing mismatches between versions

Steps to Reproduce

Run the project in Scratch 3.0

This is an incompatibility issue, not a request for an addition. Please fix it!
