Scratch Offline Editor for Windows does not show icons properly #8950

Expected Behavior

As I install and later launch Scratch offline editor, I expect the application icons to show properly

Actual Behavior

The icons do not display properly. See image below:

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://scratch.mit.edu/download
  2. Download Scratch for Windows through "Direct Download"
  3. Install Scratch.
  4. Launch Scratch.

System Details

Windows 11 Home (21H2) on Dell XPS 7590. Scratch version 3.29.1

Looks like maybe the download got interrupted and the images didn't download?

Thank you for your response. But your suggestion is invalid for the following reasons:

  1. The installer does not require internet access to install.
  2. If the installer itself was partially downloaded, it should not have worked.

Nevertheless, I uninstalled Scratch. Downloaded the installer again. I took note that the downloaded file was complete and reinstalled Scratch. No changes. Same Result.
