Windows Firewall prompt that comes up after installing is confusing #106

I got this after installing from the Windows Store:

scratch-link-windows-defender

It seems to work no matter what I choose, but still it is (a) a confusing choice i do not understand and (b) seems to suggest a build issue because the "publisher" is "unknown"? That shouldn't be, since it is published with the MIT signed key.
