BLED112 support #125

Expected Behavior

Make possible the connection for computers without BLE through BLED112 adapter.

Actual Behavior

It's not possible to connect to WeDo2.0 for computer without BLE, but with BLED112 adapter

Steps to Reproduce

Try to connect to WeDo2.0 smarthub using BLED112 adapter on machine without BLE

Operating System and Browser

Windows 10. Desktop.

@cwillisf Can you give an advice on how to add bled112 support to scratch link?
