Greenkeeper branch spam #462

Expected Behavior

Scrolling through the "Branch" menu should be a fun experience

Actual Behavior

You have to scroll through dozens of stale branches automatically created by Greenkeeper and not deleted when the corresponding pull requests were closed. It may be worth going through the list of Greenkeeper's stale branches and deleting them.
