Consider changing the wording on the loudness block #1013

We have repeatedly seen beginners confused about the meaning of the "loudness" block. They assume that it means something like the "volume" block: the loudness of sound that Scratch is making, as opposed to the loudness measured from the microphone.

We should consider changing it to make it clearer. Here are some ideas:

microphone loudness
mic loudness
🎤 loudness (or other icon)
