Investigate performance of "- Run & Jump -" project #1023

Expected Behavior

Project should run at 30fps on a Chromebook

Actual Behavior

Project runs slowly and appears to be lagging during GCs

Runs fine (maybe even faster that 2.0) for me on Scratch 3.0 on a Chromebook
