Add Giga,Tera,Pico,Nano to ToU #2008

ToU 5.4 does not mention about these "Marks".

I don't remember the terms of services ever mentioning these marks (could you provide the last version when the terms of services made reference to them?). Pretty sure they aren't registered trademarks of the Scratch Team. I might be wrong, though.

@joker314 It's not so much that the terms of service used to refer to them, but I remember some ST member saying that all of the Scratch mascots are trademarked.
