In mobile, landscape fullscreen is not consistent #2158

Noticed during work/testing on https://github.com/LLK/scratch-www/pull/2145 :

To replicate:

start in portrait on the project page: screen shot 2018-10-05 at 4 11 27 pm

Now switch the orientation to landscape using developer device emulation. Fullscreen displays automatically -- good! But it's very cropped at the bottom -- bad! screen shot 2018-10-05 at 4 11 36 pm

If you click to exit fullscreen, and then click to reenter fullscreen... screen shot 2018-10-05 at 4 11 58 pm

It displays fine!
