After a discussion at http://wiki.scratch.mit.edu/wiki/Scratch_Wiki_talk:Community_Portal#Article_Last_Updated-_.28Date.29 I decided to try to make the "last modified date" feature. If accepted you'll need to edit http://wiki.scratch.mit.edu/wiki/MediaWiki:Lastmodifiedat to change the message to what turkey3 suggested.
