Add message saying that site is closing for Scratch 3 #154

What do you mean by "closing for Scratch 3"?

On https://scratch.mit.edu/3faq, it says that scratchx will be discontinued.

That is not going to happen for quite some time. We'll readdress this in the future once the timeline is clear.
