Remove FAQ link #80

Deleting a tag linking to FAQ page from FAQ page because you just click it and it does nothing because you're already on the FAQ page

@rschamp - Fine with me to remove the link from the message element on the FAQ page.

Since ScratchX is not using a component system, where a change like this adds a slight variant to component complexity, I am okay breaking the consistency in favor of this being an awkward experience.
