First of all congratulations for having list view before the original OS. I have some questions though:
1) This doesn't seem to be an independent alternative view as it is in the original OS. Not sure what the purpose of it is as it always defaults back to the launcher cards view anyway?
In case this is supposed to turn in an independent alternative view:
a) add support for moving software holding B
b) view information without switching to cards view
c) start software without defaulting to card view
d) maybe make this feature more discoverable. Not sure where it's documented that B+A will switch to it. If the sidemenu doesn't allow an additional toggle for it my suggestion would be to add a "Switch to list/card view" option to the system folder which is rather empty anyway.
e) 5 entries per screen is really limited for a list view. (The original OS manages 7). How about tweaking the design, maybe moving the 'folder dots cutout' to the top of the bottom bar where it wont cover the bottom software title anyway because the margin between titles is still enough as the font is smaller than the icons? This would maybe already free up enough space to squeeze in a 6th row...
f) as with the card view, only the currently selected title's icon is meant to be animated. I suppose this is a matter of tasted, but the screen can become rather busy with all icons moving all the time.
