I've added a test suite and an appropriate Travis config. Please enable an appropriate GitHub hook, I don't have enough permissions to do that.

I did enable the travis service hook for this repository, and I believe it should be working now.

Yes, you've successfully enabled it. Travis however seems to have some conflicts on cabal dependencies resolution. Trying to fix it.
