Human Damage makes pain look like legit damage & humans are generally weaker #51

Description of issue

Humans take taser-like damage as pain now. IE - stabbing right hand with knife until broken causes most of the body to be mangled/peeling away and results in falling & being too tired to continue etc.

Also, humans in general seem to be more fragile - fireaxes do 31 damage, holdout pistols 36... hell, glass shards do ten damage. Lasers do the same damage as before, so maybe this isn't new, or applies only to brute damage.

(ON PURE BAYCODE:) Pain damage reproduced w/ same results but to a much lesser extent than what I experienced. Seeming brute damage raises same on both servers.

Difference between expected and actual behavior

It should act like how it was before the update? Typical pain, not weird taser holodamage.

Steps to reproduce

Stab self with knife. Walk around to get more pain in your system. Examine self. Also, attack yourself with random things for science.

Pain/halloss was reworked by Zuhayr to what it is, not a bug. I know exactly what causes the fragility, it's a config thing, but I didn't revert it because I didn't know what Bay balancing was for that.
