Get apk from elsewhere than Google? #10

Hi! This project looks amazing! But I don't use Google apps on my Android phone, and so I can't use it. I'm probably far from the only one who don't use Gapps because of privacy concerns or because they are unfree.

I'd love it if you could add Deskcon to F-droid and/or Aptoide, but sine they don't have a payment option I understand if you'd prefer not to. I don't mind sending some money your way, but please at least let me get my hands on the apk some way or the other. :)

Hi, yeah I know what you mean, I try to find another Platform or maybe something like Flattr. But in the meantime, you could compile an apk from source, if you have the Tools. I look into a Solution ;-)

Hi, sorry for the late reply, I've been on a holiday, and I don't check Github often.

F-droid would be best, as it is well known in the FOSS community as the place to get FOSS Android apps (it only has Free and Open Source Software). Aptoide would also be good, since it is itself Free Software, even though it does let you install any type of software, Free or not.
