Decided to add AR/AP collection for better and quicker system processing

Will include 1 collection for both AR and AP (to allow inter-settlement between AR and AP) ARAP will be a profile per document, while actual change history will be recorded with an additional collection ARAP_history

arap.js is done but without testing yet
