acct_journal.relatedDocId, acct.journal.relatedDocType needs to be combined into a single field, and then support arrays #69

this is needed for track and trace of GLs that span across multiple docs, e.g. settlement of multiple AR/AP with 1 payment.

current solution will be to mark "Multi" and "0" for such cases.
