As a part of #12, Scribe-Android needs to be converted to match Scribe-iOS and Android system keyboards. The following needs to be done:

[x] Match keyboard layouts for each current language
[x] Create keyboard layouts for Italian, Portuguese and Swedish (the other Scribe languages)
[x] Match alternate keys for letter keys for each keyboard
[x] Match alternate keys for symbol keys for all keyboards

[x] #25
[x] #27
[x] #26
