Fix bug report template that still says iOS

Behavior

As seen in #29's report and this one, the template for bug reports still has iOS instead of Android wording.

This is a simple issue to fix the options available in the Device type section, as well as change iOS version to Android version with the coinciding placeholder text.

Needs to be switched to Android in this issue :)
