What is this file used for and should we add the rest of the languages that Scribus is translated in to...in to it? https://github.com/scribusproject/scribus/blob/master/scribus.xml

@luzpaz: "We have included a scribus.xml file for updating the mime info database. We are still missing some locales, but in our testing it works properly. We have IANA approval for our mime type." https://github.com/scribusproject/scribus/blob/master/PACKAGING#L54
