Issue saving my progress in the 'Notes' feature of Scrimba #491

Open SouthpointLtd opened 4 years ago

SouthpointLtd commented 4 years ago

Slide-1

Slide-2

Course: Learn React, Bob Ziroll Browser: Chrome OS: Windows 10

Slide 1 is the first save I made of my code.

Slide 2 is the result of saving my progress again. You can see that the time has not changed and after a browser window refresh I lose my amends and it reverts to the first save (Slide 1).

I was active in the browser session all the time. I did not leave my terminal. It appears that the connection to the system or DB is not persisting

Can you take a look at this one @scanf? It seems to be that the horizontal scroll covers over the green checkmark on some browsers.

I can take a look, it might be a trivial fix.

Thanks.

It's not an issue with CSS, I can see and use the green tick initially. I cannot incrementally save any progress of the code I am writing in a single note I am generating.

Ah, thanks for clarifying. Which exact version of Google Chrome are you using? It should auto update but just want to make sure you are on a recent version.

I'm also facing the same problem. Progress are not being saved & practice works are gone after I change lessons.

The works only save at the first time only when clicking the blue dot.
