Set cursor to specific measure #33

Parse files (through time signature or otherwise) to divide them in proper measures and allow moving the cursor from measure to measure (not instead of, but as well as the current pair-by-pair selection).

Note that this applies only to MIDI files. MusicXML files, naturally, have a sheet music visualizer, which shows measures and allows the user to see their boundaries, easily going to the start of one on a pair-by-pair basis.
