In some (seemingly rare) occurrences, notes can terminate very abruptly when played for a short time. This is in fact a shortcoming of the soundfont used, which can be verified by opening any player (e.g. Musescore) and selecting the .sf2 file from which our samples are extracted ([GD] Ant. Petrof 275 (Damper Resonance).sf2) ; the notes sound identical there.
For reproductibility purposes : the file "More London Streets (Live Version)" at index 285 (3rd beat of measure 77 per Musescore's transcription) exhibits this behavior.
A possible solution would simply be to change our samples again (maybe look into using Musescore's, because after all, it's theoretically just as easy to extract their .wav files from their .sf3 than it was from the .sf2)
