Camera still looking up when frozen #63

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. go into server which freezes your camera before you start playing
2. get kicked/banned for camera going upwards
3. cry yourself to sleep

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
camera stays in place 
/option to disable camera anti-freeze
what i see is that the cam goes up

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
samp 0.3z R2
