We're going to need a license agreement for users. This is something I've never gotten around to on feedland.org, but it's time to do this part right. I'm assuming this is something Automattic will want to provide.

Idea to consider: If we use WordPress.com sign on, all users will have a WordPress.com account, and we can possibly piggyback off of that TOS https://wordpress.com/tos/. (see #52 ) I'll take a look at what some of our other products do.
