When to post an RFC #3

Suggestion --

When you add something to the RSS feeds being generated please post a quick RFC.

I saw something go by about using atom:link, which is not imho the right way to go.

I preach prior art, which means two things --

  1. We always have to consider whether there's a way to do it so we can interop.
  2. We're going to have to live with whatever we do forever, so it's worth checking it out.
