I was asked by @scripting to write up how to configure HTTPS for FeedLand. I've put my instructions in https.md in the docs folder. I'm happy to answer questions here if anything is unclear.

@scotthansonde -- thank you very much for doing this, and to everyone else -- we all owe our thanks to Scott for helping in all stages of this project. He's an amazingly knowledgeable developer, and a generous friend. This is the latest example of his excellent work.
