It's linked into each user on the Recent users page.
The idea is to be able to quickly get basic information about the user and especially what feeds they're following and how the news looks when viewed through their News page.
Obviously inspired by profile pages on social media apps, this is a long-missing feature that we actually needed now for testing, so I figured it's time to do it. ;-)
