Categorization [Feature Request] #1

Could we submit lists with categorization of feeds? I believe the list will grow too long, and contain too many feeds that are irrelevant to individual users, as an example, the regional NYT feed, and individual local publications. My own categorization in my instance of TT-RSS requires cleaning, but I'd happily submit some lists based on how I categorize journalism RSS feeds.

I don't think we're going to do that. ;-)

Too complicated, not just on the authoring side, but on the using side. Look at the way the list is formatted. Just plain text and links. That's the way I want it to stay.

And I don't think the list will grow too long. That's a constraint.

That said, you're totally welcome to fork the list and add categories how ever you like. Maybe it'll become the one everyone uses? I would consider the project a total success if it went that way. I want journalists to be working on collections of feeds to share with other journalists.
