Remove unsupported font tags #18

The code is currently cluttered with lots of font tags like

<font color="#666666">@@external_id@@:</font>

Since these aren't supported by html2ps, we might as well remove them?

👍 I added it before I learned that html2ps didn't support colors, but basically forgot to remove them
