Have a look at https://app.uio.no/ub/emnesok/realfagstermer/search?id=c013944. Second result has a subject string "Science fiction : Origami", but clicking it yields 0 results because it queries genre=Science fiction AND subject=Origami, and in this case Science fiction is a topic (650), not a genre (655)..
Simplest solution I guess would be for all genres to include "OR subject=", but ideal solution would support distinguishing between the genre and the genre as a topic..
