Test with Library of Congress Classification (LCC) data and add LCC examples #21

Library of Congress Classification (LCC) is included in MARC 21 Classification format specification examples. A full LCC dump in MARCXML is only available by paid subscription. LCC in SKOS is available as Linked Open Data but no full dump, so mc2skos could be useful to create one.
