Test with Universal Decimal Classification (UDC) data and add UDC examples #22

Universal Decimal Classification (UDC) is included in MARC 21 Classification format specification examples. A full UDC dump in MARCXML is not publicly available but there is an abridged version in RDF at http://udcdata.info/. UDC may be of special interest because of its multilinguality.
