Add JSKOS output format

This adds JSKOS as output format in two forms:

jskos for a pretty-printed JSON object best suitable for display and for single records
ndjson for line-delimited JSON better suitable for dumps

I successfully tested with the full DDC dump (less than 90 seconds on our server in both variants).

I don't understand https://travis-ci.org/scriptotek/mc2skos/jobs/193677449#L253 failed. rdflib is part of the dependencies but not found?
