Allow {control_number} in classification URIs #36

As documented {control_number} in an URI template is allowed, also for classification entries.

The disadvantage of using {control_number} based URIs is they are missing in 153, so no broader/narrower links will be generated. Maybe it can be in $6?

Is there no 153 $e at all? Or is it just that it's not linked at the moment? Do you have an example record?

I've never seen $6 in use, so I'm not really sure how it's to be used, but would be interesting to know

If URIs of a classification are not based on notations but on record identifiers the linked record identifier must be given - $6 or $8 may be the right subfields. Otherwise notations must be mapped to identifiers by other means.
