The intention of this enhancement is to create a window where you can choose a PC and find out instantly which of your emissaries can take incite rebellion or usurp control. Additionally, you can tell if they are in range of the pop center or are already there.
I was thinking create a new top level. In the upper portion are the king's influence and potentially other buttons to cover stuff the parser does not pull out yet. All are editable. (no changes to real influence as parsed out, just for the sake of current tool).
Middle portion will allow you to type in a location.
The pop center (name, type, location) and region (name, reaction level) are updated to match the pc at the selected location.
Bottom portion of the window is text (or listbox?). Contains one row for each of the kingdom's living emissaries.
Columns include: name, rank, location, in-range, on-site, oneStep, twoStep.
Selecting an emissary in that box will highlight the location on the map corresponding to where the emmy is currently located.
Might also be able to generate a warning if we know that an emissary from another kingdom is in that PC (since they could status quo).
