Cannot save if the Text Output window is closed

If you close the Text Output window, then you will get an error like the one below when you try to save.

The workaround is simple. Just click away the error. That will create a new Text Output window and you will be able to save.

This bug is fixed in version 1.9.4. Closing issue.
