Add additional database compatibility #27

Add compatibility for MS SQL Server
Default SQL keepalive statement to a more compatible "SELECT 1"
Prevent one broken keepalive from disabling entire functionality

I've used a version of 1.3.1 but obviously change to whatever you see fit. If it doesn't recognise the database type, it'll try to use "SELECT 1" which works on most databases other than Oracle. It'll also print out the database product name so it can be explicitly added if needed.

@bertbert72 I'm really sorry that I haven't been able to merge yet. Will do my best to merge by the end of Nov.

:) No worries. There's obviously no rush. We've all got real lives too. If anybody is really "desperate", they can grab the fork. If you need me to make any changes, just let me know.

Finally got time to reinstall JDeveloper and merge, my apologies for the ridicuolous (merge complexity)/(time taken) ratio. @bertbert72 thank you for your contribution.
