Improvements on the Simplified Chinese localization #219

Hi,

Just found some character mistakes and imprecise translations in the Simplified Chinese localization, can there be some more simple ways to make some contributions rather than sending emails?

One possibility is to use github to fork the project, then "clone" it to your hard drive, edit the appropriate files, and "push" the changes back. This will make it easy to integrate them back into NV.

Another alternative is, as you mentioned, simply to download the current NV source and email me back your changes.

But I think @sparanoid would appreciate knowing about such changes in any case, as he's the one who created the localization.
