Presing tab after opening a note moves focus to the location bar #246

If ⇥ is pressed as the first keystroke after opening a note, it moves focus to the location bar even if Tab Key: Indent Lines is selected in the preferences.

This may be a bug with preferences setting.

I was able to replicate the behavior you described, but it went away after I toggled the Indent Lines setting.

For me, it only seems to happen if I follow these steps:

  1. Click in a note's body, at a certain location.
  2. Click the note's title.
  3. Click in the note's body again, at the SAME location as before.
  4. Press tab. The cursor will go back to the location bar.

I have the same issue. I think this is how NV is built to function, but it strikes me as less intuitive than most of the program's features. I would love a fix.

It's actually even worse on nvALT, which seems to jump to the location bar after hitting "tab" in a variety of situations.
