NV works this way by default, so the command would be redundant. Your font, size, and other parameters are all matched already upon pasting, and any styles from the original source — bold, italic, strikethrough— are imported to the current font (others are discarded). If you don't even want bold and italic text to be imported, then you can uncheck
Preferences > Editing > Styled Text: Copy basic styles from other applications.

I would like to see a "paste and match style" command in notational velocity. This feature is available in Apple's TextEdit and Mail applications. It spares the trouble of clearing formatting of snippets copied from the web browser.
