Name of the project

DECENTRALISED P2P FOR SCROLL

Project abstract

A platform that empowers direct wallet-to-wallet transactions without compromising security or control. Its a means to say goodbye to 3rd party intermediaries and experience the true essence of peer to peer trading.

Specification

SEAMLESS P2P TRADING WITHOUT INTERMEDIARES This platform can eliminate the need for centralized exchanges, allowing users to trade directly from their wallets, ensuring complete control over their assets throughout the transaction process. This direct exchange eliminates intermediaries, minimizing trading experience.

LACK OF NEGATIVE PRICE IMPACT; TRADING WITHOUT MARKET DISTRUPTION Unlike traditional exchanges that impact asset prices , this idea operating as a peer-to-peer, bypasses centralized liquidity pools. This ensures that trades do not negatively affect the asset's price, providing a more stable and efficient trading environment.

COST EFFECTIVE TRANSACTIONS Trades should occurs at significantly lower fees than traditional exchanges. Since they are meant to be simple blockchain transfers , this should eliminate the need for complex order matching and intermediary fees.

SUPPORTING MULTIPLE NETWORKS AND CHAINS For a start, this can definitely work on Scroll and the open up to subsequent L2s . I believe as the platform expands it will encompass more blockchain that operate on Ethereum virtual machine[EVM]

MEMBERSHIP/PER TRANSACTION FEES=FLEXIBILITY FOR ALL USERS Users can choose between a membership plan or paying fixed fees per transaction. Membership provides unlimited free trades for a fixed period of time, while non members incur a set fee for each buy or sell order.

ELIMINATE STANDARD TOKEN TAXES The need for standard token taxes often imposed on/by traditional exchanges is eliminated as this would not involve a 3rd party intermediary that requires a designated recipient wallet address.
