Error in the php code #6

Hello, I tried these databases in the WAMP server locally. I had created a new database. uploaded the entire database and entered the credentials in index.php. When i try to load the index.php file, it is showing the following error. I need your help in solving this issue. I'm attaching a screenshot for your reference.

Will look into those things - we might simply create a new project as an interface to the databases.
