Usability of auto-lock doors. "Open door" when already open should reset timer #357

Much like reality. An auto-closing/locking door. If you open it before it's locked should reset the lock timer. (this is how tailgaters get into offices)

Fixed - if a door is already open, player consumes no ticks and autolock timer is reset.
