Plate of salad should be 2 objects #406

Trickier - salad goes 'on' a plate so the plate isn't a container. However, carrying a handful of salad around is just odd. Some thought required

Simplish solution - make it a bowl of salad. Or better still a salad card with salad items and a bowl on the side.

Note - until issues #432 and #379 are resolved, the servery now only contains porridge (needs a transition to lunch time) currently there's no salad active in the game map (although the object definition is still available in a data file ready for implementing the lunch transition

I think this is done now - needs testing.

Some data tweaks were needed during testing but this is confirmed as working now
